the LOCATION was great for moving around the city
the room was TINY i could barely towel off after a shower the bathroom layout was awkward hitting my head on the sink when using the toilet the tv barely worked and wifi was slow it was FAR from worth the price

The location provided convenient access to transportation hubs. The building showcased beautiful architecture. Staff members were consistently friendly. The room included sparkling water in the fridge. It was a Classic Single Room. It was unexpected and refreshing.
The television in the room occasionally cut out. It sometimes failed to switch back on. There were limited channels available for viewing.

The reception area featured a beautiful display of flowers. (It really made a good impression!) The hotel provided very easy access to Victoria rail station through a side door.

Breakfast featured a great variety of food options. The staff at breakfast, including Isabella, Becky, and Muhammad, provided friendly and helpful service. Dinner in the Soak restaurant offered delicious and unique dishes.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

The building has a gorgeous design. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. I noticed how clean and tidy the area was. The location proved very convenient, with bus stops and underground stations being very close.
There was some noise at 3 a.m., sounding like pipes banging. I also heard shouting from other rooms nearby in the early morning.

small bathroom dirty window
The bathroom felt cramped. Its small size was quite noticeable. The window was not clean, made the view disappointing. the lack of a proper lounge area, besides the noisy bar, limited options.

The staff was very polite and helpful throughout the premises. The hotel location is convenient with easy access to transportation (I used the nearby train station).
My room was quite small, even though it was a supposed upgrade. I found the noise insulation to be inadequate. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms (specifically the plumbing) late at night.
